Lowellville - Winifred Ruth Wilkeson ,94, died February 5, 2012 at Austinwoods Health Care Center.
Winifred was born September 17, 1917 in Monagahella , PA, a daughter of William and Adelia Young Joseph.
She worked as a gift wrapper for McKelvey's, before retiring in 1953. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a niece, Joanne(Don) Doyle Sylvania, OH; a nephew, Michael Joseph of Virginia Beach, VA; and her caregiver, Rose Peterson of Austintown.
Besides her parents, Winifred was preceded in death by her husband Earl on Jan. 22, 1998, whom she married May 6,1953; a sister, Mary Warner; three brothers, Arnold , Arthur, and Wilbur Joseph.
Services will be held at Poland Riverside Cemetery, Thursday at 10:00 AM.
Arrangements are being handled by the Davidson-Becker funeral Home, Struthers.
