Poland - William Grischow, 86 of Poland, Ohio, died March 21, 2012 in Sunrise Assisted Living. Mr. Grischow was born August 2, 1925 in Youngstown, OH, son of William and Stella Grischow.
Mr. Grischow worked as a Plant Manager for Hydril Company. in Youngstown and also in Vera Cruz, Mexico.
He retired to Florida returning to this area in 2006.
Surviving are 4 Sons - Tom (Lynne) Grischow of Lowellville, OH, Donald (Deborah) Grischow of Ft. Worth, TX, William (Patricia) Grischow of Canton, OH, Gregory (Maria) Grischow of Struthers, OH; 2 step daughters - Dianna (Armando) Loera Chavez of Cuenavaca, MX, Donna (Daniel) Maxon of Salem, OH; 2 step sons - Stephen (Emily) Daniel of South Hampton, NY, D. David (Regina) Daniel of Pickerington, OH; ; several Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Mother, Stella Grischow, Father, William Grischow, , 1st wife, Mildred Grischow, 2nd wife, Shirley Grischow, son, Ronald Grischow, Sister, Mildred Cirelli, Sister, Evelyn McGivren, Brother, John Henry Grischow, Sister, Wilma Cattoi, Sister June Rudensky.
Services will be held Saturday 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Kenneth Kelly officiating. Interment will follow at the Belmont Park Cemetery.
Friends will be received Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 am at the church.
