STRUTHERS Violetta Revis, 90, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013, at her residence.
Mrs. Revis was born Jan. 1, 1923, in Youngstown, a daughter of Theodore and Daisy (Swager) Marroulis.
She was a graduate of Canfield High School. Violetta was a dedicated and devoted homemaker, who enjoyed cooking. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family and grandchildren. Mrs. Revis also enjoyed collecting angels.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Treharn, whom she lived with in Struthers, and Albert Lambert of Indianapolis; two sisters, Betty Borelli of Salem and Nila Lambert of Tennessee; brother, Robert Marroulis of Meadville, Pa.; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and Marsha Crespo of Youngstown, whom she considered her honorary granddaughter.
In addition to her parents, Violetta was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Shipp; and a brother, Louis Marroulis.
A private memorial service will be at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers.
Interment will be at Tod Homestead Cemetery in Youngstown.
