Victor J. Kirkham,86 Struthers-Victor J. Kirkham,86, died Wednesday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Mr. Kirkham was born in Altoona,PA July 17,1919, a son of Benjamin and Frances Blattenberger Kirkham. He was a lifelong area resident. He was a 1937 graduate of Struthers High School. He was a custodian at Youngstown Board of Education for 27 years. He was a member of the Struthers VFW Post 3538, NRA; and was an avid fisherman, hunter, and gardener. He was a veteran of the United States Army during WWII, where he was in 82nd and 101st Airborne Glider Infantry. He leaves his wife, the former Lois Nolt, whom he married April 29,1946; a daughter, Marsha (Jim) Fox of Struthers; a son, Thomas (Susan) Kirkham of Troy,OH; several grandchildren great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, David Kirkham; and a brother, Clair Kirkham. Funeral services will be Monday 11AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
