Tommy D. Wilson, 57 STRUTHERS âa�" A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Boardman Baptist Church, Boardman for Tommy D. Wilson, 57, of Struthers, passed Friday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center after a long illness. Mr. Wilson was born Aug. 24, 1948 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, a son of James and Ann M. Sullivan Wilson and came to this area in 1973. He was a millwright for Republic Steel, North Star Steel and was working American Steel Foundries in Alliance before his illness. He was a member of the church, Struthers VFW #3538, an avid bowler, an avid sports fan where he followed the Indianapolis Colts and the Baltimore Orioles, a marine veteran and a graduate of Hagerstown High School of Hagerstown, Maryland Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, the former Alice Shaffer whom he married July 17, 1998; four brothers, Robert W. Barnes, Jr. of Columbiana, Ronald C. (R.C.) Barnes of Canfield, Richard Barnes and Jimmy Lee Wilson both of Leesburg, Florida; a stepdaughter, Kim Paulsey of Struthers, his mother in law, Pauline Shaffer of Struthers, a sister in law Shirley Neapolitan of Struthers; two grandchildren, Dylan and Nathan; nieces, Jaime Mosnot, Janine Neapolitan, and Billie Jo Barnes; nephews, Jimmy Neapolitan and James âa�E�Jaimeâa�a�� Wilson; a great niece, Makenna Mosnot; and a great nephew, Anthony Mariani.
