Edinburg, PA- Timothy Dale Peterson, 60, of Edinburg, died early Sunday morning, November 6, 2011 at his home.
Tim was born March 30, 1951 in Youngstown, a son of David and Renia Howard Peterson.
He was a 1969 graduate of Mohawk High School. Tim worked as a truck driver for Leaseway Transportation for 34 years and was a member of the Teamsters. He was currently working for Penn Hills Farms.
An outdoorsman, he loved camping, taking long walks, fishing, and enjoying nature. Tim was a loving family man and could not have been a more wonderful son, husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
In addition to his father, David of Edinburg, he leaves his wife, Diane Kriwox, whom he married February 14, 1998; a daughter, Laurie (Terry) Gigax of Campbell; three sons, Timothy (Eve) Peterson of Struthers, Josh (Meagan) Peterson of Edinburg, and Gabriel Troy of Fort Myers, FL; two sisters, Susan (Jim) Buchanan of Edinburg and Marsha (Matt) Luc of Lowellville; three brothers, David (Ruth) Peterson of North Canton, Keith (Chris) Peterson of Lowellville, and Russell (Tammy) Peterson of Naples, FL; and seven grandchildren, Amanda, Abigale, Emily, and Timothy Jr. Peterson, Mindy and Austin Gigax, and Jordan Troy.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Renia Peterson.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Lowellville.
