Thresa Lightbody

Thresa Lightbody, 86 Poland- Thresa Lightbody, 86, died early Wednesday morning at Omni Manor Nursing Home. Mrs. Lightbody was born April 1, 1918 in Youngstown, a daughter of William and Anna Billig Francis. She was a 1937 graduate of East High School. She worked at the Southside Merchants Civics Association. She was a member of the Miriam Chapter 278 Eastern Star and the Poland United Methodist Church. Her husband, Donald M. Lightbody, whom she married September 17, 1940, died in January 2000. She leaves a daughter Sherry(Larry) Klimas, with whom she made her home; a sister, Thelma Nagy of Youngstown; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Francis; and a sister, Margaret Rock. Funeral services will be Saturday 10:30AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
