Thomas J. "Bubby" Wydick

Poland - Thomas J. "Bubby" Wydick, 43, died Sunday morning, June 8, 2014 unexpectedly at St. Elizabeth Health Center following an accident at his home.
Thomas who was affectionately known as "Bubby," was born September 7, 1970 in Youngstown, a son of Richard and Karen Blair Wydick.
He was a 1988 graduate of Springfield High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy. Once he returned home, Bubby attended Youngstown State University. He began his own landscaping company in 1996, Valley Lawns, and worked part-time at Winners Circle Lawn and Landscaping. " Bubby" had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying jet skiing, swimming, snow and water skiing, camping and he just recently began bee keeping. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time at his family's private lake.
Bubby's greatest joy in life was his daughter, Jade!
He is survived by his parents, Richard of Florida and Karen of Poland; daughter, Jade Wydick; brother, Brian Wydick of Canfield; step-brother, Richard (Amy) Wydick Jr. of New Springfield; step-sister, Lori Wydick of KY; three aunts, Doreen (Michael) Deutschlander, Ms. Dorothy Wydick, and Mary Ann (George) Bellino; eight cousins, Pete Koma, Don Montella, Amy and Michael Deutschlander, Richard, Robert and Ronald Bellino, and Karen (Joe) Liguori; and Bubby will be greatly missed by his many friends.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Isabell Blair; paternal grandparents, Andrew and Helen Wydick; aunt, Kathy Koma; and cousin, David Koma.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Davis-Becker Funeral Homes, 8536 Market Street, Boardman.
Family and friends will be received on Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
