Thomas R. "Randy" Gura

THOMAS R. âa�A"RANDYâa�A� GURA âa�" 53 CAMPBELL âa�" Thomas R. âa�A"Randyâa�A� Gura, 53, of Campbell, died Saturday evening at the Hospice House. Mr. Gura was born December 22, 1953 in Youngstown, a son of Peter & Rose Serroka Gura. Randy was a 1971 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School, and attended Youngstown State University, Dana School of Music. Mr. Gura sang in Youngstown State Universityâa�a��s choir, and loved classical music. Besides his love of music, he loved to fish, to hunt and to golf. He was self-employed as a painter. Randy survived two kidney transplants, and participated in the 2004 Transplant Olympics in Minnesota. He is survived by his mother, Rose of Campbell, one sister, Roslyn Terek of Boardman, one brother, Dennis (Marian) Gura of Campbell, one nephew, Robert (Dr. Megan) Terek, of Alexandria Va. He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Gura. Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 4-7 at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers, where prayer services will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., with Rev. Deacon Donald Billy. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Church in Struthers, with Rev. William Petrunak, officiating.
