Thomas âa�A"Geneâa�A� Galbraith, 82 POLAND- Thomas âa�A"Geneâa�A� Galbraith, 82, died Tuesday morning at his sonâa�a��s residence in Fisher, Indiana. Mr. Galbraith was born in Youngstown October 27, 1921, a son of Thomas J. and Nettie Jane Fetterman Galbraith. He was a 1941 graduate of South High School and graduated from Youngstown College with an Associate Degree in Business and Accounting. He was a member of the Poland Lodge F&AM #766 and was a 32nd degree of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Youngstown; he was also a member of the Aut Mori Grotto and the Ashlar Chapter. Mr. Galbraith was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard during WW II, where he was aboard and the USS Callaway, APA 35. His wife, the former Juanita E. Waltman, whom he married October 28, 1950, died September 1991. He leaves one son, Dale (Joyce) Galbraith of Fishers, IN; and two grandchildren, Amy and William. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Emily Hopper and Juanita Meyer; one brother, Jack Galbraith. Funeral services will be Saturday 1:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church. Friends may call Friday from 5-8 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland and Saturday 12:00-12:45 PM at the church. There will be a Masonic service Friday 7:45 PM at the funeral home.
