Theresa A. Peluso

Struthers- Theresa A. Peluso, 80, of Struthers, died Monday, December 15, 2008 at Assumption Village. Mrs. Peluso was born February 21, 1928 in Youngstown, the daughter of John and Antoinette Juliano Rossi. She was a life-long area resident. Mrs. Peluso was a graduate of Struthers High School. She was a true homemaker, loving to have family get-to-gethers and spending time with them. She also enjoyed shopping, making bread, and canning. She was a member of St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church in Struthers. Her husband, Attilio Peluso, whom she married January 10, 1953, died August 25, 1990. She leaves her daughter, Mary Ann (Stephen) Billock of Glenn Burnie, Maryland; three sons, Arthur (Diana) Peluso of Poland, John (Colleen) Peluso of Columbiana, and Nick (Barb) Peluso of Petersburg; 11 grandchildren, Allison, Brian, Carla, and Dana Billock and Michael, Marc, Johnny, Kristen, Jennifer, Jamie, and Jeanna Peluso; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Rossi of Struthers. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Rossi. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:45 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers and 10:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Green Haven Memorial Gardens in Canfield. Family and friends will be received Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
