Tera Lepowsky Rogers

Poland- Tera Lepowsky Rogers, daughter of Charles Lepowsky Jr. and Elaine Lepowsky of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Salem Regional Medical Center.

Tera was a devoted daughter and mother of Jaden, her son whom she was intensely proud of.

She worked tirelessly to provide a loving home with countless opportunities for Jaden to succeed.

Tera attended South Range High School and MCCTC. She had been employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for twelve years before losing her sight, causing an early retirement.

Shortly after, she began her battle with cancer.

Tera put up a mighty fight, inspiring many along the way her strength and determination.

She did not give up even to the end.

Tera loved her brothers and nieces and nephews. It pained her that she wasn't able to do all she wanted to do with them, but she did her best under the circumstances.

She had many dreams that could not be realized, but now begins a new life journey with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Tera leaves behind and will be sadly missed by her son, Jaden Rogers of Columbus; her mother, Elaine Lepowsky of Salem; her brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Ann Marie Lepowsky of Gastonia, NC and Austintown; her brother, Clint Lepowsky of Lisbon; her brother and sister-in-law, Jerome and Jennifer Lepowsky of Poland; and nieces Paige Lepowsky, Haylee Lepowsky, and Callabella Lepowsky; along with nephews, Cason and Asher Lepowsky; and special aunt and uncle Bernie and Dennis Lepowsky and many other loving relatives.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and nephew, Caden Lepowsky.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday at 3:00p.m. at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St., Boardman, where friends and family may call one hour prior.

Although flowers are beautiful, the family requests donations to the Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Rd, Poland, OH 44514.
