Suzanne Louise Vrable, 70, of Campbell, Ohio died March 8, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. She was born
September 29, 1947 in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of Joseph D. and Susan (Ondulich) Vrable and had been a lifelong area resident.
She was a 1965 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School, a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Campbell. Suzanne worked for the Mahoning County Department of Jobs and Family Services in the Welfare Department. She had also worked in the Mahoning County Microfilm Department, the Planning Commission and the Auto Title Department. Prior to her county involvement, she had worked for the A&P Tea Company and had worked in the Campbell Water Department under Mayor Rocco Mico. She had also worked the election polls for many years.
Suzanne was an avid reader and enjoyed day trips to musical plays. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays and keeping in touch with friends both far and near through letters and greeting cards. She was also an animal lover, and got the most joy in her life from the deep love and devotion shared with her pet dogs, Inky, Brutus, Fella, Rusty , Honey and Terry, as well as her cats, Inky and Kitty.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves her companion, Jack Braun.
A prayer service will be held at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday March 13, 2018 at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Poland followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish at St. John the Baptist Church in Campbell. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Coitsville
Friends may call from 5-7:00 p.m. Monday at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Poland.
