Lowellville - Stefan Lehrman, 73, of Lowellville, died Saturday, July 12, 2008 at his residence. Mr. Lehrman was born October 14, 1934 in Yugoslavia, a son of Jakob and Anna Bremer Lehrman. Mr. Lehrman worked in the pipe department at J & L Steel from 1955 until his retirement in 1984. He also owned and operated the previous Lowellville Dry Cleaners. His hobbies included reading, traveling, and flea marketing. He leaves his wife, the former Lula Myers, whom he married September 3, 1972; his son, Steve Lehrman of Lowellville; two step-sons, James (Debra) Yates of Austintown and Daniel (Geri) Yates of Lowellville; two step-daughters, Carol Kadilak of Campbell and Kathy Crytzer of Boardman; three brothers, Frank (Katherine) Lehrman of AZ, Joseph Lehrman of Pittsburgh, and Tony (Patty) Lehrman of Hudson; and four grandchildren. Besides his parents, Mr. Lehrman was preceded in death by his brother, Jakob Lehrman, Jr. Private funeral services were held yesterday at 3 p.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral in Struthers.
