Stacey A. Polansky, 29 New Middletown- Stacey A. Polansky, 29, died Tuesday suffering injuries due to a car accident. Mrs. Polansky was born in Lancaster, OH February 7, 1976, a daughter of Chris and Carrie Lou Fox Schmelzer. She graduated from Fairfield Union High School and received an Associateâa�a��s Degree in Allied Health from Central Ohio Technical College. She was a Sonographer for 8 years having recently worked at Salem Internal Medicine, and hascontinued to advance her degrees in her field. Besides both of her parents she leaves, her husband, John whom she married June 26, 1999; a daughter Chloe Lou Polansky at home; a sister, Amy (Ron) Forest of Logan, OH; a brother Matthew (Rachel) Schmelzer of Rushville,OH; mother in law and father in law, Don and Marilyn Polansky of New Middletown; sister in law, Yvonne Polansky of Howland; nieces and nephews, Morgan, Darian, Nick, Amber, Chelsea, Hannah, and Grace. Funeral services will be Saturday 11 AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. Friends may call Friday from 4-8PM and Saturday 10-11AM at the funeral home.
