Shirley Imogene Wills, 93 passed away Wednesday, Februrary 11, 2015 at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Centerin Columbiana, Ohio.
Mrs. Wills was born September 30, 1921 in Parke County, Indiana, the daughrter of Arthur and Effie Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Effie Davis, sister Mary Brown, half brother Everett Mathias, and her daughters Barbara willett and Beverly Meeker.
Shirley was graduated from Hillsdale High School, Hillsdale, Inidana in 1939. She retired from the Uniroyal Company (Newport Army Ammunition Plant, Newport, Inidiana) in 1983 where she was a clerk in the Plant Protection Department.
Mrs. Wills moved to the Boardman area in 1990 to be near family and was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church.
Shirley is survived by her son John Reel of Acton, California. She leaves grandchildren, Douglas Wetherald of CA, Kimberly Wetherald of Youngstown, Sgt. Russell (Kimberly) Reel of Fairbanks, Alaska, Lanie Reel of Newport Beach, CA, Lori (Brian) Klotz of Linden, Michigan, Sheri (Randy) Self of Elkhart, IN, and Shane Meeker of Danville, IL. And great grandchildren Cody Wetherald, Blaine Wetherald, Malin Miller, Lanae Miller, Gerritt Roon, Courtney (Jeremy) Ramey, Ashley Self, Josh Klotz, Brandi (Matt) Warden. She also leaves several great great grandchildren.
The family is very thankful to the staff of St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center for the wonderful care Shirley received there.
