Scott Mikel Parrish

Hammondsville - Scott Mikel Parrish, 23, of Hammondsville, died Wednesday morning, January 11, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center in Boardman after a lengthy illness.
Scott was born March 12, 1993 in Akron, a son of Scott and Julie Madison Parrish.
He was raised in Hammondsville and graduated from the Robert Bycroft School in Lisbon in 2013. Scott loved watching Disney movies, playing with his dogs and crushing cereal.
Scott leaves his parents, Scott and Julie of Hammondsville; two brothers, Zachary and Timothy Parrish both at home; grandparents George Parrish of Hammondsville and Greg and Ann Madison of Salinesville; several aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.
Scott was preceded in death by his grandmother, Darlene Parrish.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4:00 pm at the Davis Becker Funeral Home in Boardman with Pastor James Berkebile officiating. Friends may call Sunday from 1:00 pm until 3:45 pm at the funeral home.
Scott's family would like to thank the staff at Caprice Health Care for the wonderful and loving care provided to Scott during his stay there.
