Sandra M. Magan

Struthers - Sandra M. Magan, 82, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and wife, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Monday August 26, 2024, at Shepherd of the Valley in Boardman.

Sandra was born on April 16 1942, in Youngstown, Ohio, to her late parents, Herbert T. Jones and Mary A. (Stine) Jones. 

On Oct 22, 1960, she married William C. Magan and was married to him until his passing in 2013.

Sandra was a loving, caring soul who thought more of other's needs than her own. She was a beacon of love, light, hope and deep spirituality who loved animals, crossword puzzles, angels and Elvis Presley.

She also took part in several Relay For Life events and was an advocate for the Cancer Society.

She leaves behind three children, Wendy (Kellie) Wright of Leetonia, John (Rebecca) Magan of Niles and Melissa Magan of Youngstown. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

She also leaves behind her precious "baby girl" and dog, Isabella who made her life happy every day.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, William; her daughters,Tracy Spencer and Jodi Wiseman; son-in-law, John Spencer; and sister, Patricia Simpson. 

In lieu of flowers, Sandra requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society and Animal Charities. 

No services were held per Sandra's request.
