Sally Stetson

Sally Stetson, 88 AKRON--Sally Stetson, 88, formerly of Struthers, died Tuesday November 7, 2006 in Akron Ohio. Mrs Stetson was born July 4, 1918 in Struthers. She was the daughter of the late Joseph & Anna (Kaschak) Kraynak. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William, to whom she married for 51 years, and a sister, Mary Pollock. She is survived by her daughter Bonnie of Tallmadge, brothers John (Alma) Kraynak, Joseph (Christine) Kraynak and sisters, Peggy Kraynak, all of Struthers and sister Delores Susczynski of Harrison, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Nicholas Parish in Struthers, Epsilon Chapter of Pi Omicron, VFW Ladies Auxiliary 7538, 1331 Seniors and Golden Echo. She was also past treasurer of URW Local 957. The family would like to thank her wonderful caretakers, Jackie Barna, Kathy Weeden, Lisa Campbell, and Cheryl Baker, who were continually by her side for the past three years and to Jerry Pollock for making it possible to keep Sally at home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Nicholas Catholic Church at 10:30 am on Friday. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
