Rosemary Groner

Struthers - Rosemary Groner, 83, of Struthers, died Thursday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Mrs. Groner was born October 19, 1925 in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Loretta McClair McShane. She was a life-long resident of Struthers. She was a 1945 graduate of Struthers High School and was a homemaker. Besides her husband, Fred H. Groner, whom she married February 26, 1960, Mrs. Groner leaves one daughter, Sherry (Michael) Flaherty of Struthers; four sons, John (Renay) Franceschelli of Monroe, NC, Henry (Kathy) Franceschelli of Struthers, James (Lisa) Franceschelli of Struthers, and Harry (Vicki) Groner of Poland; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, Mrs. Groner was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Jones. Services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home with Rev. Ash Welch officiating.
