Campbell - Rose Doris Yeropoli, 97, formerly of Campbell, died June 24, 2013, of natural causes at Assumption Village, North Lima.
She was born October 3, 1915 in Campbell, the daughter of Anthony and Mary Flask Parish.
Rose attended Campbell City Schools and was a member of Christ, the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Joseph the Provider Church, Campbell.
Rose married her husband Anthony S. Yeropoli on July 17, 1939 who preceded her in death on June 3, 1974. She was a homemaker who loved pets, always feeding stray cats near her home. She loved to dance and loved to decorate her home for the holidays, and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. Rose was the primary caregiver for her parents and husband during their illnesses.
Survivors include her sons, Rocco A. Yeropoli of Campbell and Dr. David A. (Mari-Lee) Yeropoli of Champion; her grandsons, Keith Yeropoli of Campbell and Anthony "Tony" Yeropoli of Middlefield; and her former daughter-in-law, Carole Pezzuto of Poland.
Besides her parents and husband, Rose was preceded in death by her brothers, Sal and Dominic Parish.
The family would like to thank Dr. Hayek, the entire staff of Assumption Village, and the staff of Hospice of the Valley for the exceptional care they gave our mother.
Abiding by her wishes, a private Mass of Christian Burial was held yesterday afternoon. Interment followed at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Lowellville.
