Rose Musolino

Rose Musolino, 88 Lowellville- Rose Musolino, 88, formerly of 239 Jaric Avenue died Saturday afternoon at Assumption Village. She was born Benestare Reggio Calabria, Italy April 23, 1916, a daughter of Giusepe and Filomena Musolino. She moved from Italy to Lowellville in 1936. Mrs. Musolino worked at Aluminum Color Industries for 12 years. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church and Our Ladies of Mt. Carmel. Her husband Joseph, whom she married October 15, 1939, died in 1997. She leaves five nieces and nephews, Rose Kmetz and Grace Palumbo, both of whom she raised, Mary Armstrong, Natalie Musolino, and Joseph Musolino. She was preceded in death by one sister, Anntoinette De Lorenzo; and one brother, Joseph Musolino, and a nephew, Vincent Musolino. Funeral services will be Tuesday 10:00AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville and 10:30 AM at Holy Rosary Church. Friends may call Monday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.
