Rocco Melia

Rocco Melia, 58 Boardman- Rocco Melia, 58, of 7680 South Ave. died Thursday afternoon at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. He was born in Youngstown on August 31, 1946, a son of Albert and Dorothy (Josey)Melia. Mr. Melia was owner and operator of Ram Tuff Golf Cars on Rt. 224 Center Rd. in Poland. He was owner of various businesses in the course of his life. He was an avid fisherman, gambler, cooker, train collector, and he loved his dog, Roxi. He leaves both of his parents, Albert and Dorothy of Boardman; his wife, the former Suzanne McAtee, whom he married January 13, 1964; two daughters, Nancy (Mark) Trolio of Struthers and Suzanne(David)Melia-Danzo of Boardman; two sisters, Patricia (Mike) Miller of Boardman and Nancy (Louis) Schepka of Poland; one brother, Albert (Gayle) Melia of Boardman; and four grandchildren; Vincent and Rachel Trolio; and Dylan and Alyssa Danzo. Funeral services will be Monday 9:30AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland and 10AM at the Holy Family Church in Poland. Friends may call Sunday from 3-7PM at the funeral home.
