Lowellville- Robert W. "Bob" Michael, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 9, 2016. He was born on May 26, 1960 to the late, Robert E. and Mary Jean Lisko Michael and was a lifelong resident of Coitsville Township.
He was a member of Christ our Savior Parish at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church.
As a youth, Bob was a member of Cub Scout Troop #102. He enjoyed stamp collecting and had received several awards for his presentations. He was a graduate of Ursuline High School and Youngstown State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He had been employed at Roth Brothers and Winkle Electric, and for the past several years, was a dedicated caregiver for his parents.
Bob was a member of the Mahoning County Farm Bureau and served as a volunteer in the Forestry Exhibit at the Canfield Fair. His other personal interests were music, organic farming and wine making.
He leaves his aunts, Agnes Lisko of Struthers and Mary Esposito of California and numerous cousins.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11am at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 244 McGill St. Lowellville, with the Rev. Fr. Bernard Bonnot officiating. Entombment will follow in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be prior to the service from 10-10:45am on Thursday at the funeral home.
