Poland- Robert M. Stoner, 80, of Poland, died April 23, 2010 at Hampton Woods.
Mr. Stoner was born September 5, 1929 in New Castle, PA, a son of the late Henry and Mae Miller Stoner.
Mr. Stoner worked as a General Foreman for Republic Steel and LTV, retiring in 1985 after over 30 years of service. He was a United States Navy Veteran serving during World War II.
Mr. Stoner was a member of Glenwood Christian Fellowship and enjoyed golfing and fishing.
His wife, the former June E. McKeough, whom he married September 9, 1947, died May 21, 2006. Mr. Stoner leaves his daughter, Diana (Chris) Bruner of Boardman; two brothers, James (Betty) Stoner of Arizona and Norm (Doris) Stoner of Hubbard; two grandsons, Kevin (Kathy) Bruner and Keith (Emily) Bruner; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Carli Bruner.
Services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Lake Park Cemetery Chapel.
