Robert âa�A"Brainsyâa�A� Shuttleworth, 79 Struthers-Robert Shuttleworth, 79, of 233 North Bridge Street died Wednesday morning in Maplecrest Nursing Home. He was born December 23, 1923 in Youngstown a son of John Edward and Mary Elizabeth Neff Shuttleworth and was a lifelong resident of Struthers. Mr. Shuttleworth was a shipper at General Fireproofing in Youngstown, retiring in 1974 after 30 years. He then worked for Ohio Bell Telephone retiring in 1986 after 12 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II. He was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Struthers. His wife the former Margaret Mary Guidos whom he married October 6, 1948 died September 29, 1992. He leaves a daughter Mary (Ron) Carcelli of Struthers; two sons, Robert (Karen) Shuttleworth of Youngstown and Edward Shuttleworth of Las Vegas, Nevada; a sister, Priscilla Boland of New Middletown; a brother William Shuttleworth of Clearwater, Florida; six grandchildren, Ronald (Heather) Carcelli, Jr., Robert E. Carcelli, Stacy Carcelli and her fiancée, Scott Pavalko, Lynn (Doug) Shodd, Robert Shuttleworth and Ashley Shuttleworth; and a great grandson, Dominic Carcelli. Two brothers, Richard Shuttleworth and John âa�A"Tedâa�A� Shuttleworth are deceased. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Friday at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers where a prayer service will be at 8:15 AM Saturday. A funeral mass will be at 9:00 AM Saturday in Holy Trinity Church, Struthers.
