Robert Francis Oesch âa�" 73 NEW SPRINGFIELD--Robert F. Oesch, 73 of 13695 Beaver Springfield Rd., died Tuesday evening, December 26 at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Mr. Oesch was born in New Springfield on September 2, 1933 a son of Francis & Alta Elser Oesch. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea, and received the Good Conduct Metal. Mr. Oesch worked as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service, for 35 years before his retirement in 1995, where he helped out with the Post Office Union Paper. After his retirement, he worked for Columbiana Buick, Olds, Cadillac picking up cars from the factory and delivering them to there customers. Mr. Oesch loved all sports, especially ball games. He is survived by his wife, the former Marian Negley, whom he married August 28, 1966, two daughters, Lorraine Ontko of Wallkill NY, Patricia (Bill) Colebank of Summerville, SC; two sons, Roger (Barbara) Oesch of Elyria OH, Dennis (Josephine) Oesch of California, four sisters, Dorothy Eckerd of Flordia, Doris Crum of New Springfield, Marge Ellison of New Springfield, Charlotte Greene of Chagrin Falls; four brothers, Donnie (Jeanie) Oesch of Washington, Harold (Karen) Oesch of Columbiana, James (Carolyn) Oesch of Michigan, Randal (Donna) Oesch of New Springfield, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Clayton Oesch, Gene Oesch, and one sister, Leila Crum. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 30, at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses New Springfield Congregation, 13323 Springfield Road, New Springfield, OH 44443.
