CANTON- Robert Raymond âa�A"Bobby Joeâa�A� Niggel, 60, of Canton, formerly of Pattaya, Thailand, died Friday, August 10, at his residence. Bobby Joe was born September 16, 1946 in Youngstown, the son of Robert and Loretta Niggel. He was raised in Lowellville and was a 1964 graduate of Lowellville High School. After high school, Bobby Joe enlisted in the United States Navy serving on the USS Hamner during the Vietnam War. He loved traveling and adventure. His career in electronics and computers took him around the world. He lived in Southeast Asia for the last fifteen years until the time of his illness when he moved to Canton. Bobby Joe leaves his sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Jerry Novacich of North Canton; and two nieces, Nancy (Joe) Boscia of Clarksville, TN and Katie Novacich of Lakewood, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers, where friends and family may call from 10:00-10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
