Robert B. Bradley, 85
BOARDMAN - Services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Boardman United Methodist Church for Robert B. Bradley, 85, who passed away Sunday morning at his home surrounded by his family.
Mr. Bradley was born Nov. 18, 1928, in Huntingdon, Pa., a son of Robert G. and E. Esther Bigelow Bradley.
He was a safety inspector for Underwriters Laboratories, retiring after 31 years. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was a member of the church and was active in the church's Trash & Treasure Sale and other activities there. Bob and his wife, Dorothy had volunteered at Akron Children's Hospital, and St. John's Soup Kitchen. He was also a member of Dormont-Whitehall Masonic Lodge No. 684 F.&A.M.
Surviving him is his wife. the former Dorothy Price Hugill; his children, Beth (Robert) Gregory of Franklin Park, Pa., Lisa (Michael) Sahrle of Pittsford, N.Y., Cindy Richardson of Cuyahoga Falls and Tom (Jennifer) Hugill of Tallmadge; and also 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death besides his parents, are his first wife, Donna Dague Bradley; and a daughter Susan Bradley Hernan.
Friends may call Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the church.
