Richard Irvin Neff

Boardman - Richard Irvin Neff, 70, died July 13, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boardman.
Rich was born June 13, 1945 in Youngstown, a son of Irvin and Gertrude Burtner Neff.
He was a 1963 graduate of Canfield High School and went on to attend Youngstown State for Mechanical Engineering. Rich was a real estate broker and a former owner/operator of Agency Real Estate.
He was a past Vice President of the Youngstown Area Board of Realtors. Rich loved to travel mostly to Myrtle Beach and Disney World with his family. He also love attending the Canfield Fair and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Some of his favorite past times were hunting in fishing with his dad, father-in-law and uncle.
He is survived by his wife the former, Jeri Cattoi, whom he married May 22, 1965; three daughters, Shari (John) Zackasee of Lowellville, Erin (Ted) Conway of Boardman, and Shannon Smith of Boardman; seven grandchildren, Alexa, Brooke, Samantha, Will, Katie, Teddy, and Evan; two great-grandchildren, Ava, Audrey; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Rich was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Neff; and one sister, Linda MacLochlan.
A memorial service will be held Friday at Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St., Boardman at 7:00PM with Rafael Cruz officiating.
Friends and family will be received Friday from 5-6:45PM at the funeral home.
