Richard J. Anetsko

Struthers - Richard J. Anetsko, 85, of Struthers, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday afternoon, July 28, 2015 at Park Center Nursing Home.
Richard was born May 11, 1930 in Lowellville, a son of John and Anna Pavlov Anetsko.
A graduate of Lowellville High School, Richard worked for many years at Sharon Steel Company. Richard was proud to have served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed learning about history and could tell you just about any dates of events you could ever want to know. He also enjoyed tinkering with things around the house.
His wife, the former Helen Bocek, whom he married November 16, 1968 died August 12, 2009. Richard leaves three nieces, Nancy, Jill, and Karen.
Besides his parents and wife, Richard was preceded in death by two sisters, Norma Haladay and Dolores Spatholt.
A private graveside will be held today at the Poland Riverside Cemetery with Msgr. William Connell officiating.
Arrangements are by the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
