Lowellville - Reynold Charles Kleshock, age 71, peacefully passed away early Sunday, October 23, 2016 in the comfort of his home.
"Rey" was born on November 25, 1944 in Boardman to the late Peter and Wilda Kleshock and was a lifelong resident of Mahoning County.
He proudly served in the United States Army from 1968-1970, stationed in Germany. He was employed with Youngstown Steel and Door for 20 years, then worked in law-enforcement for Mahoning County and Poland Township until his retirement.
Rey was married to his best friend and "love of his life", Carol Rossell for 52 years. Together, they enjoyed hunting, fishing, old-time country music and classic car shows with friends. They often wintered in Texas, making many close and wonderful friendships and memories over the years. Rey was passionate about his faith, and was a member of Kingdom Community Church. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
He leaves his beloved wife Carol; his brother, John Lago; his mother-in-law, Margaret Rossell; his brothers-in-law, Robert (Valerie) Rossell and John (Debra) Rossell; several dearly loved cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and wonderful friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Walter Rossell and his sister-in-law Marie Lago.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 3pm at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main St. Poland, with Pastor Rusty Wills officiating.
Visitation will be prior to the service from 1pm-2:45pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
The family asks that any memorial donations be made, in his name, to the Hope Lodge, 11432 Mayfield Rd. Cleveland, OH 44106.
