Philip Norman Simington -30 CLEVELAND-Philip Norman Simington, 30, of 2444 Garden Dr., Euclid, died Sunday in Cleveland. Mr. Simington was born March 16, 1976 in Youngstown, a son of Michael Simington and Kimberly Pierce Gillenwater. Philip was a 1995 graduate of Poland Seminary High School, and 1999 graduate of Westminster College, receiving a Bachelors of Arts in History. He was a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity and the Poland Presbyterian Church, where he was the President of the Youth Organization. He worked for Seeley Medical in Cleveland in the Customer Service Department. Philip had a great sense of humor. He loved life and had a forgiving nature. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Besides his parents, he is survived by a stepmother Julie Simington of Poland, stepfather Randy Gillenwater of Akron, sister Meredith Simington of Boardman, brother Stephen Simington of Akron, stepsister Janine Seese of Winona Lake, Ind., stepsister Britt Thompson of Columbus, stepbrothers Robert and Casey Thompson, both of Poland. He was a nephew of Pegge and Bob Wilson of Coronado, California, Roberta Symington of Corrales, New Mexico, and Alison and David Harrison of Vienna, West Virginia. Friends may call Thursday from 5-8 at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at the Poland Presbyterian Church, where friends may call from 10:00-10:45 A.M.
