Lowellville - Pauline E. Crocetti, 96, died Thursday evening, February 22, 2018 at her home, surrounded by family.
Pauline was born April 27, 1921 in Force, Italy, a daughter of Angelo and Caroline (Marriotti) Crocetti, and came to Lowellville at the age of six.
She was a 1940 graduate of Lowellville High School and was first employed as a receptionist for Dr. Ivan C. Smith. Pauline later worked as head teller for Lowellville Savings Bank, retiring after over 20 years of service.
Pauline was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society, and SNPJ. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, reading, and especially enjoyed being outdoors.
Pauline is survived by her sister, Lucille Crocetti, with whom she made her home; sister-in-law, Mary Crocetti of Poland; two nephews, John (Lisa) Esarco of Canfield and David Esarco of Poland; three nieces, Janet (David) Sypert of Boardman, Diane (Gary) Smaldino of Boardman, and Karen (Michael) Pecchia of Boardman; and many great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her sister, Frances Esarco and her husband Jack; brother, John Crocetti; and nephew, Tommy Crocetti.
There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church with Fr. Larry Frient officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Cemetery.
