Paul Herbert Settle, 77 Youngstown- Paul Herbert Settle, 77, of Omni Manor, formerly of Spring Street in Struthers, died Friday afternoon at the nursing home. Mr. Settle was born October 25, 1929 in Lowellville, a son of John and Mary Mallery Settle. He was raised on Kennedy Road in Poland Township and moved to Struthers in the 1970âa�a��s. He was employed as a steel worker in the boiler house of the Youngstown Sheet and Tube for 32 years, retiring in 1980. Mr. Settle attended the Gospel Baptist Church in Poland. Mr. Settle leaves his wife, the former Ruth Elizabeth Weimer, whom he married May 23, 1970; one son, Paul Settle of Struthers; two daughters, Nancy Barnhart and Ruth Bilunka, both of Middletown, Ohio; three adoptive children, Raymond, Vicky, and Tracey; and one sister, Grace Wentink of Elyria. Besides his parents, Mr. Settle was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Rachel Spitler, two sisters, June Dunn-Scannell and Nancy Moore, and one brother, John Settle.
