Johnstown - Paul John Przeracki, 60, of Johnstown, PA, died unexpectedly Tuesday, February 9, 2016.

Paul was born January 7, 1956 in Cleveland, OH, a son of the late Leonard and Betty Wolfe Przeracki.

He was raised in Chardon and was a 1974 graduate of Chardon High School.

Paul was Senior Consultant and Asset & Project Management for First Energy Delivery. Paul's favorite past-time was working the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds, truck pulls and camping. He loved spending as much time as possible with family, encouraging his grandchildren to be bad, and being there for anybody who needed him.

He leaves his son, Jason (Tiffany) Przeracki of Chesterland, OH; daughter, Heather (Bryan) Clites of Rootstown; his sweetie, Sharon Held of Johnstown, PA; sister, Jennie (Lou) Helm of Conway, SC; brother, Danny "Wacky" (Faye) Przeracki of SC; two grandchildren, Emmett Clites and Jackson Przeracki, two step-children, Brant Madsen, Cody Winters; and Sharon's children and grandchildren, Marc Held, Alicia Moser and Abigail Held, Kadence Moser, Ethan Moser.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 20th, 2:00 PM at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home, Boardman, with Pastor James Berkebile officiating. Friends will be received Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
