Patrick R. Mangine,73 Youngstown-Patrick R. Mangine, 73, of West Wood St., Lowellville, died Monday evening at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born August 11, 1928 in Girard to Joseph and Leodina Coppola Mangine. He was a graduate of Lowellville High School and a lifelong area resident. A Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Mangine was also the owner of Penn-Ohio Sealing Co. He was also a member of Holy Rosary Parish in Lowellville, where he was an active member, serving on the Chapel Committee. A former Lowellville City Councilman, he most recently served on the Lowellville Re-Vitalization Committee. In addition, he was a member of the Lowellville High School Football Hall of Fame, the Italian-American Club of Niles, and a long time member of the Buckeye Golf League. Mr. Mangine was also the owner of Penn-Ohio Sealing Co. Besides his wife the former Lillian Menichini, whom he married October 17, 1953, he leaves one daughter: Patricia (Mac) Donatelli; two sons: Michael J. (Loraine); and David P. Mangine all of Lowellville; five grandchildren; and one brother: Samuel Mangine of Struthers. He is preceded in death by two sisters: Lucille Donatelli; and infant sister: Adeline. A funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM, Friday, at Holy Rosary Church, Lowellville. Friends may call Thursday, 4-8 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville, and again on Friday where a prayer service will be held at 10:00AM
