Patricia Thomas, 51 of 64 Grandview Ave. died of cancer Wednesday morning at Assumption Village. Ms. Thomas was born October 13, 1950 in Youngstown, a daughter of Frank and Annabelle Coe McFadden and was a life-long area resident. She was a clerk for the information desk and then surgical lobby of St. Elizabeth Health Care Center for over 18 years. Ms. Thomas was a member of the Struthers United Methodist Church where she was involved in organizing the Church concessions at the Canfield Fair. She also attended the Hickory Methodist Church. She was an active volunteer with youth baseball and was a member of several card clubs. Ms. Thomas was a very talented artist in painting, woodcrafts, ceramics and flower arrangements. Besides her mother of Struthers she leaves three daughters, Sheri (Thomas) Noble and Diane (Dan) Wilkos all of Struthers and Kathy (David) Fait of Boardman; one brother Rich (Sue) McFadden of Struthers and eight grandchildren, Kristi, Kyle, Todd, Travis and Dana Wilkos, Jacob Fait, Tyler and Troy Noble and her companion Bob McIntyre. She was preceded in death by her father Frank McFadden and her grandmother Annie Barnhart. Funeral services will be Saturday, 10:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home where friends may call Friday from 5-8 PM and Saturday from 9:00 until 9:45 AM at the funeral home.
