Patricia Ann Gardner

Patricia Ann Gardner, 69 Youngstown- Patricia Ann Gardner, 69, of Maplecrest Nursing Home in Struthers formerly of DeSota Ave., died Monday evening at the nursing home. Mrs. Gardner was born January 17, 1935 in Youngstown, a daughter of Homer and Barbara Spisak Mercer and lived in the area all of her life. Mrs. Gardner, a graduate of East High School and a member of St. Johnâa�a��s Lutheran Church in Youngstown, was a child care provider for over 20 years. She was a wonderful and loving woman who enjoyed life. She was especially devoted to her family, spending much of her time with her children and grandchildren. In addition, Mrs. Gardner had a great fondness for animals and treasured her daily walks with her dogs. Her husband Charles Gardner whom she married June 28, 1968 died December 21, 1992. She leaves one daughter, Stephanie (Michael) Raseta Jones of Campbell; one son, Stephen (Pamela) Raseta of Poland and four grandchildren, Stevan and Christopher Raseta and Sydney and Michael Jones. Funeral Services will be Friday, 11:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers, where friends may call Thursday from 5-8 PM.
