Youngstown - Patricia Renea Gaffney, 55, of Youngstown, died December 4, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Patricia, affectionately known by her middle name, Renea, was born January 21, 1958 in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Patricia Baker Skelley.
Raised in Boardman, Renee was a 1977 graduate of Boardman High School. Renea was a homemaker and loved taking care of her husband and daughter.
Renea was an artist and especially enjoyed drawing. She loved art, collecting bears and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She was an animal lover, and was especially partial to Boxers. She was a member of St. Christine Church.
An outgoing and loving person, Renea will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Renea leaves her husband of 29 years, Lynn R. Gaffney, whom she married February 14, 1985; one daughter, Rachael Gaffney of Youngstown; one sister, Debra Rishel of Youngstown; two nephews, R.J. and Patrick Rishel, both of Youngstown.
A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, 1:00 PM at St. Christine Church.
Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until time of service at 1:00 PM.
