Patricia Louise Brammer, 71 Struthers- Patricia Louise Brammer, 71, of 379 West Omar Street died Sunday morning in Austinwoods Health Center of cancer following a long illness. Mrs. Brammer was born August 7, 1930 in Youngstown a daughter of Albert and Albertine Vogelberger Hobbs. She was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a 1948 graduate of Ursuline High School where she was involved with music. She had been a key punch operator at Truscon Steel for four years resigning in 1953. Since then she has been a homemaker and a mother of seven children. Mrs. Brammer was a member of Boardman Christian Church where she served as Chairman of the Worship Committee, a member of the Diaconate, the quilting group and a former member of the choir. She was a member and past president of the Kheedawee Court #6 of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America. Besides her husband Jack D. Brammer whom she married October 18, 1952 she leaves three daughters, Cheryl (Mark) Palkovic of Austintown, Pamela (Larry) Miner of Youngstown, Kimberly (Michael) Svetlak of Lowellville; four sons, James (Cheryl) of Salem, Mark (Kathy) and Jack Jr. (Laura) both of Struthers, Lawrence (Melissa) of Boardman; two sisters, Dolores (James) Obendorfer of Potomac Maryland, Phyllis (James) Walters of Girard; two brothers, Richard (Sally) Hobbs of Brookfield, and Robert (Alice) Hobbs of Lakeland, Florida; 19 grandchildren and one great grandson. A private family burial service will be held. A Memorial Service will be Tuesday July 30 at the Boardman Christian Church at 7:30 PM where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until service time. Memorial tributes may be made in the form of contributions to the Patricia L. Brammer Memorial Fund at the church at 565 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman, Ohio 44512. Arrangements are by Davidson-Becker Funeral Home.
