Opal C. Goodrich

Opal C. Goodrich, 93 North Lima- Opal C. Goodrich, 93, of Caprice Health Care died Wednesday afternoon at the nursing home. Mrs. Goodrich was born October 10, 1912 in Wooster, Ohio, a daughter of James and Amanda Crabtree Massie and lived in both Youngstown and Boardman. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Church of Christ in Youngstown. Her husband Frank R. Goodrich whom she married May 12, 1931 died July 17, 1993. She leaves one daughter, Joan (Randall) Kroeck of Summerfield, Florida; one sister, Ruth Rearick of Struthers; one brother, Gerald Massie of Hicksville, Indiana; and two grandsons, Randy and Douglas. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Goodrich was preceded in death by one sister, Jean Barger and two brothers, Ernest and Leonard Massie. Funeral services will be Monday, 11:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Monday from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the funeral home.
