Ole âa�A"Peteâa�A� Harr, 88 Youngstown - Ole âa�A"Peteâa�A� Harr, 88, of Park Vista, formerly of Poland died early Tuesday morning at Forum Health Medical Center. Mr. Harr was born August 16, 1917 in Davis, WV, son of Ole Z. Harr and Pauline Harper. He was a graduate of Davis High School and was head paymaster at Sharon Steel for 40 years retiring in 1979. He was a member of Canfield and the Southside duplicate bridge clubs and enjoyed gardening. He was also a member of Poland Presbyterian Church where he served as deacon. His wife, the former Virginia Gough, whom he married January 31, 1947, died January 27, 2001. He leaves a son, Bill (Susan) Harr of Chagrin Falls, OH, a daughter, Barb (Chet) Bolay of Cape Coral, FL, sister, Sarah Woodford of Phillipi, WV; and five grandchildren, Fred (Jenna) Bolay, Ben Bolay; Mary-Katherine, Matt, and Elizabeth Harr. Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers. A memorial service will be held Friday at 12:30 p.m. at Cunningham Becker Funeral Home, Poland. Friends may call one hour prior at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Park Vista North Gardening Fund.
