Norman C. Frankâa�"50 YOUNGSTOWNâa�"Norman C. Frank, 50 of 2314 E. Midlothian Blvd., died Friday morning at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Mr. Frank was born in Youngstown, a son of Gilbert L. & Doris M. Pflugh Frank. He was a 1973 Graduate of Struthers High School. Mr. Frank worked as an Operator for N& T Railroad in Canton, Oh. Besides his parents of Struthers, he is survived by his wife, the former Connie McCabe, whom he married March 17, 1994, one sister, Elaine (James) Polito of Struthers, one brother, Dale (Barbara) Frank of Canfield, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
