Nancy N. Vrabel, 93 West Palm Beach- Nancy N. Vrabel, 93, of West Palm Beach, Florida, formerly of Campbell and Youngstown, died early Friday morning at the Noreen McKeen Residence in West Palm Beach. Mrs. Vrabel was born July 28, 1911 in Duquesne, Pennsylvania, a daughter of William and Alma Mc Michael Kennedy. Mrs. Vrabel was a nurse when living in Duquesne. In the 1960âa�a��s she was a Historian for the State of Ohio. She served for both the county and state level of the Democratic Party, and during World War II served on council for the City of Campbell. She was a member of St. Michaels Byzantine Catholic Church in Campbell. Mrs. Vrabel enjoyed sports and was a fan of the Cleveland Indians and the Youngstown Baseball Old Timers. Her husband Joseph Vrabel whom she married January 13, 1929, died July 2, 2003. She leaves two daughters, Alma (Michael) McCullion of West Palm Beach and Patricia Vrabel of Falls Church, Va; three sons, Joseph (Nadene) Vrabel of Poland, William (Sandra) Vrabel of Campbell and Gerald (Norma Jean) Vrabel of Lakewood, Florida; thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. One son, Kenneth Vrabel, three sisters, Margaret Bly, Priscilla Beglin and Alma Hynes and three brothers, William, Joseph and Charles Kennedy preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Thursday, 9:15AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland and 10:00 AM at St. Michaels Byzantine Catholic Church.
