Myrna Mae McClimans

Boardman - Myrna Mae McClimans, 83 of Boardman, died February 5, 2017 at St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center. Myrna was born July 30, 1933 in Sharpsville, PA, a daughter of Garner and Luella Shaffer Lloyd.
She was a 1951 graduate of Sharpsville High School. She was a homemaker and also worked at Giant Eagle for 10 years. Myrna enjoyed crocheting, watching game shows on television, going to the Dollar Store, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by one son, Michael Notar of Boardman; two daughters, Sandra Monroe of Boardman and Karen (Greg) Kulow of North Ridgeville, OH; two sisters, Faye (Donald) Pleso of Brookfield and Dolly (Paul) Wilson of Fowler, OH; one brother, Garner (Marion) Lloyd of Sandy Lake, PA; nine grandchildren, Stephanie Velichko, Bryan Burk, Monica Wilcoxen, Scott Kulow, Tyler Strauss, Kyle Shreffler, Jake Shreffler, Michael Notar, and Delaney Notor; and two great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Myrna was preceded in death by two daughters, Debra Smerick and Georgia Strauss; and one sister, Georgia Syslo.
A memorial service will be held at Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St., Boardman, Sunday at 4:00 PM with Rev. Bernard M. Timothy, O.P. officiating.
Family and friends will be received Sunday from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the funeral home.
