Struthers - Michael A. Tobin, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Mercy Health-St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

Michael was born September 27, 1965 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of the late John and Dorothy (Fink) Tobin.

He graduated from Struthers High School in 1984 and was a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley.

Michael was a truck driver for Predator Trucking Company in McDonald for over 8 years. He previously worked for several other trucking companies in the area.

He was devoted to his family, enjoyed cooking and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Michael is survived by longtime companion, April Molina with whom he made his home; her children, Valentino Molina, Balinda Molina, and Angelica Molina; her ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; his three brothers, Jackie L. (Barbara) Barringer of North Jackson, OH, Dale E. Barringer of Struthers, and James P. (Tracy) Tobin both of Struthers, OH; three nephews, John Tobin of Boardman, OH, Sean Blucker of Centerville, OH, and Joshua (Samantha) Barringer of Canfield, OH; and two nieces, Jennifer Kingsley of Austintown, OH, and Amy Lee (Dennis) Shotts of Campbell, OH.

Besides his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother, John Paul Tobin; and sister-in-law, Susan Barringer.

Per Michael's request, there will be private services for his family. There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are being handled by Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring Street in Struthers.
