Michael R. Michalak

Youngstown - Michael R. Michalak, 37 of Shields Road, died Friday, August 15, 2008 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Boardman Campus. Mr. Michalak was born Saturday, October 10, 1970 in Salem, a son of Michael and Mathilde Schieler Michalak. He worked as a Roofer for Alex Roofing and belonged to the Sheet Metal Workers, Local 33, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler Fan. Mr. Michalak is survived by one daughter, Hannah Rae Michalak of North Lima, one brother, Richard Michalak of New Middletown, his longtime girlfriend, Liz Holler of Boardman, and her children, Nichole, Jenna and Thomas, all of Boardman. He was preceded in death by his father. There will be no calling hours or services. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
