Michael L. Mchar, Sr

Michael L. Mchar, Sr. âa�" 54 BOARDMAN âa�" Michael L. Mchar, Sr., 54, of 5665 South Ave., formerly of Audrey Lane, Struthers, died Wednesday, July 4th, at the Hospice House. Mr. Mchar was born October 27, 1952 in Youngstown, a son of Mike and Rose Marie Fabian Mchar, and he was a life long area resident. He was a 1971 graduate of Struthers High School, and attended Youngstown State University. Mr. Mchar was employed by General Motors, where he was a Tool and Dye Maker, and retired in 2003 after 30 years. He was a member of the St. Nicholas Church in Struthers, and loved to golf, and make knives. Mr. Mchar was a loving father, brother and uncle, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Mr. Mchar is survived by his son, Michael L. Mchar, Jr., of New Brighton, one sister, Kathy (Michael) DeLisio of Struthers, one niece, Sherri Mascarella, and one nephew, Michael DeLisio. He is preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends may call Saturday from 11:00 âa�" 11:45 am at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers where a memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM.
