Michael James Klimko âa�" 91 BOARDMAN âa�" Private services will be held for the family for Michael Klimko, age 91 who departed this life to be with the Lord Saturday, March 8, 2008 at the Hospice House. Michael was surrounded by his loved ones in his last days. Mr. Klimko was born October 1, 1916 in Struthers, the son of Julia & Steven Klimko. He was a graduate of Struthers High School. Michael also known as âa�A"Slimâa�A� worked at the Winkle Electric Company in Youngstown where he retired in 1981 at the age of 65. Michael enjoyed spending time with his family, working in his garage, making everyone laugh with his witty sense of humor. Mr. Klimko also loved taking day trips to parks and sights in Ohio with his wife of 65 years, Elizabeth (St Vrain) Klimko, whom he will now rejoin for eternity. Michael was preceded in death by Julia and Steve Klimko, two brothers, Victor and Joseph Klimko and his Wife Elizabeth Klimko Those who will mourn his loss and are left to treasure his memory and laughter, daughter, Donna (James, Sr.) Ferraro, of Austintown, Sons James and Dennis Klimko of Flordia, 12 Grandchildren, 11 Great-grandchildren, also his beloved cat Tygus The family would like to thank the wonderful and compassionate staff at the Hospice House for their care.
